Pastor J.T. Kalejaiye - Do Not Give Up

TOPIC: DO NOT GIVE UP
PREACHER: PASTOR J.T. KALEJAIYE

This is an appeal.
Don’t give up because there is hope for you.
Don’t give up because dried bones will live again.
Even if your enemies have succeeded in knocking you down, do not give up; Rise and knock them out.
Prayer is the weapon you need.

Brethren, have you tried and failed? Please do not give up. Try again and you will succeed.
-          In Mark 10:46-52; Blind Bartimeus cried out but his cry did not yield any positive. Some people tried to prevent him but he ignored them. He cried again and again until his cry attracted Jesus.

Are you passing through any storm? Please don’t give up because you are not alone – Isaiah 43:2, Psalm 20:7.
Are you afraid and you’re in doubt of a better tomorrow? Please don’t give up because your tomorrow will be better and not bitter in Jesus name.
NOTE: Everything you go through grows you.

JOB is our focus;
He had several challenges yet he never gave up.
Initially, Job enjoyed the blessings of the Lord – Job 1:1-10.
Job enjoyed all these blessings until Satan paid him a visit.
NOTE: Whenever satan pays anyone a visit, his missions are to steal, kill and destroy – John 10:10.
After the devil’s visit to Job, he encountered serious challenged Job 1:18-19, Job 2:7

The goodnews is Job was lonely but he wasn’t alone. In Job 42:12, God blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning.
NOTE: The time of waiting on the Lord is not a waste – Job 14:4b

For those who are on the Lord’s side, your tomorrow will be better and not bitter – Psalm 30:5.
Despite all the losses Job suffered and the distractions from his friends and wife, he stood for God.
