We are talking about three friends;
1. Instructions
2. Obedience.
3. Result or Reward.
These three can't be separated.
Everyone desire rewards or results but not everyone will be rewarded or get result. Only those who are obedient to instructions will get reward - Gen 12:1, John 3:5.
In Gen 12:2-3, God promised Abraham seven blessings. Abraham obeyed - Genesis 13:9. After obedience, rewards followed - Genesis 13:14-17.
The three friends Manifested in the life of Isaac - Genesis 26:1-15, Gen 35:9.
The three friends manifested in the life of Naaman - 2 Kings 5:14. Naaman obeyed and this three friends worked for him.
The three worked for Peter - John 21:6.
The people of God obeyed and results followed - Deuteronomy 28.
Don’t claim what is not yours, it may be the reasons why your prayers are not answered. Don’t claim other people's instructions. Friends, what has God told you? Even as a student if you don’t follow instructions, you can’t pass.
You can’t bride God: do the needful, whatever He asks you to do, do it. Don’t think fasting and prayers can bride God if you don’t obey.
If you obey the instructions of God, all these blessings shall follow - Deuteronomy 28:2-13.
If you study the Bible you will find these three friends; they always walk together.
God says when a poor person walk up to you and you don’t listen; He says one day you too will cry and you will not be heard.
God is waiting for you to meet the need of someone so He can also meet your own need too.
These three friends must be with you if you want to make it in life; they walk together.
Obey instructions and you will get results.
Prayer Points
1. Father, for everything you have done for me and done through me please take all the glory.
2. Father, please give me the grace to obey you always.
3. Father, let everything created by you work in my favor.
4. Father, please bless Nigeria, let it be well with Nigeria and let our lost glory return.
