Silver is good. Gold that is money is also good. But JESUS is greater and better. If you have silver and have gold but without JESUS you can not go far. 

John 5 - For those  people who are  fast at the pool of  Bethesda, it is Healing Pool, but for those who are slow, it is a Swimming Pool. But if you have Jesus you don’t need to go to any pool. Like Peter you may not have gold or silver but have Jesus your case is settled, because Jesus is everything you need to meet all your needs. 

Acts 3:1-8 

This passage tells us of a story of a man who was born lame. He was a liability. And he had a problem that defined him. His problem take away is original identity. He was close to the temple but he was a beggar. He was in the kitchen and was still hungry. He had seen many men of God and his problem was still there. But one day he entered Peter and John and his story was changed for the better. He asked for money from Peter and John, and Peter said to him silver or gold I have none but in the name of Jesus rise up and walk. The name of Jesus healed the lame man. The man walked. 

The lame man entered the temple for the first time. Jesus exceeded the man expectations. The man bitter story changed. Peter and John was not just men of God but men from God. 

WHY DID PETER USE THE NAME OF JESUS?

1. The name of Jesus is greater than silver and Gold - Phil 2:9-11. The name of Jesus is above all names. At the mention of that everything shall bow. 

2. Jesus always give attention to his name - Mark 10:46-52. Blind Bartimaeus called and Jesus gave attention. When 10 lepers called he gave them attention. 

3. The name of Jesus guarantees answered prayers - John 14:14.

4. Demons recognize that name - Acts 19:15.

5. The name of Jesus provokes the miraculous - Mark 16:17-18.

The name Jesus will give you the following

- Divine Manifestation.
- Divine Lamination.
- Divine Immunity
- Divine Ability. 

Everything you do should be in the name of Jesus. Don’t let you grammar be much because even before you ask He knows everything.

Praise Him, worship Him and also give Him all the glory. 

The name of Jesus is an asset to us; so use it. Peter didn’t have silver or gold and he said in the name of Jesus rise up and walk. Peter lifted the mane up and the man walked. The lame man, limped, walked and entered the temple and praised God. We don’t see Jesus physically but at the mention of that name, He works for us. 

If you want your Peter to locate you then you have to turn to Jesus so He can help turn your Peter to you. Accept Jesus Christ today and be safe.

1. Father, thank you for all you've done for me and through me.

2. Father, wherever my Peter and John are, please let them locate me now.

3. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, my helpers will locate me.
