Who Has The Final Say?

TOPIC: WHO HAS THE FINAL SAY?
TEXT: JOHN 11
PREACHER: Pastor J.T Kalejaiye

 Psalm 75:7 tells me that God is the judge. If God is the judge, it means He has the final say. You must have received several reports even from the experts. Some of these reports could be pleasant or unpleasant. In other word, they can be positive or negative. I have good news for you, God has the final say, even if your report is unpleasant, He can reverse/change it to favor you. Matthew 18:27 says “the things which are impossible with men are possible with God”. It does not matter the source of your report, God has the final say. 1corithians 2:5 says “Your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men but in the power of God” The final say is a statement that overrules other statement and only Jesus can make such statement. He has the power to alter or reverse or rewrite or change any report. He is the UNCHANGEABLE CHANGER.
Jesus made a declaration in Matthew 28:18 saying “All power is given unto me in Heaven and on Earth” The above text tells us about Lazarus, the brother of Mary and Martha. Lazarus was dead, buried and was in tomb for four (4) days. He had decayed and was stinking. Lazarus’ death generated many reports, for example; Martha and Mary said to Jesus “Lord, if thou had been here, my brother had not died”. (John 11:22 and 32). Martha said Lazarus was decayed and was even stinking/smelling. (John 11: 39). What did Jesus say? He told his disciples that Lazarus was sleeping and that Lazarus would rise again. In John 11:41, Jesus said that Lazarus’ sickness was not unto death but for the glory of God, that the son of God might be glorified thereby. In John 11:43, Jesus spoke, the grave/tomb heard his voice and released Lazarus immediately. Jesus, therefore, has the final say. Today, Jesus will speak to your situation and there will be a change. In John 11:44, three W’s were revealed about Lazarus
        • The means of walking (his legs) were bound
        • The means of working (his hands) were bound
        • The means of seeing/vision (his eyes) were bound.
Jesus spoke again and said “Loose him and let him go”. Immediately;
        • Lazarus’ legs received freedom. With effect from today, you will go places in Jesus’ name.
        • Lazarus’ hands received freedom. With effect from today, anything you touch shall prosper in Jesus’ name.
        • Lazarus’ eyes opened. God will give you revelation in Jesus’ name.
