Prayers make things happen especially if you are righteous person - James 5:16b.

Prayers can provoke healing
Prayers can provoke victory without a fight.
Prayers can provoke freedom/deliverance.
Prayers can provoke promotion.
Prayers can provoke divine intervention.

Your biological father can pray for you e.g  in Genesis 49:22-36, Jacob prayed for Joseph.
Your spiritual father can pray for you. e,g, in Deuteronomy 31:7&8, Moses prayed for Joshua.
Your godfather can pray for you.
Your Heavenly father can pray for you.



Some prayers from your biological father can go the voice mail.
some prayers from your spiritual fathers can go into the voice mail

But the prayers of our Heavenly father cannot go into the voice mail.
Father, pray for me is a request and it will be granted in Jesus' name.

According to the passage, Satan wanted to destroy Peter; he wanted to carry out one of his principal missions in the world - John 10:10. Fortunately, Jesus prayed for Peter - John 17:9&20.

After Jesus prayed for Peter, what followed?
1. Peter became a victor; Jesus granted him victory without a fight.
2. Satan failed over Peter.
3. Satan looked for a substitute - Judas Iscariot.
4. Peter fulfilled his destiny.
5. Peter excelled; he did exploits; he became a voice. Acts 2:14-41, Acts 9:36-41.
6. Peter finished strong/ he ended well.

Prayer: Today, Jesus will pray for you and you will finish strong in Jesus' name.

PRAYER POINTS
1. Father, please pray for me and make me a victor in Jesus' name.
2. Father, please pray for me and let my enemies fail over me in Jesus' name.
3. Father, please pray for me and let me fulfill my destiny in Jesus' name.
4. Father please pray for me and let me excel in Jesus' name.
5. Ftaher, please pray for me and let me finish strong/well in Jesus' name.
